Computers & software
Slow or unstable machines, Windows problems, driver and update failures, software installs, malware cleanup, and setting up new computers for new hires.
Service
Slow computers, email that will not sync, Wi-Fi that drops in the back office, a printer nobody can reach. Small problems, but they add up to real lost hours. I fix them and keep them fixed.
What I handle
Call me when something breaks, or keep me on a light monthly arrangement so problems get caught early. Both work — whichever suits how you run.
Slow or unstable machines, Windows problems, driver and update failures, software installs, malware cleanup, and setting up new computers for new hires.
Mailbox setup, migrations, shared mailboxes and distribution groups, licensing, MFA, spam and deliverability problems, and recovering accounts.
Dead zones, weak signal, router and access-point installs, guest networks, VLANs, wiring cleanup, and getting real coverage across a whole building or yard.
Backups that actually run and actually restore, cloud file sync, shared drives with sane permissions, and a plan for when a machine dies.
New employee setups, offboarding done properly, password management, permissions, and making sure the right people have the right access.
Printers and scanners, POS and peripheral issues, TVs and displays, smart devices, cable runs, and the odd problem nobody else wants to touch.
How I charge
Two simple options. Most new clients start with the first and move to the second once they see the value in having someone who already knows their setup.
Hourly, quoted before I start. Best for one-off problems, projects, and businesses that only need help a few times a year.
A flat monthly rate that covers routine maintenance, monitoring, and priority response. Best for businesses where downtime costs real money.
Common questions
Yes. Home offices, home networks, and residential camera systems are all fair game. The approach is the same — look at it properly, quote it honestly, fix it once.
Plenty of issues get solved remotely the same day. Anything involving hardware, wiring, or Wi-Fi coverage usually needs a site visit — I will tell you which it is up front.
No. Ongoing support is available if you want it, but most work is one-off and quoted per job.
I will tell you plainly, and point you to whoever can. I would rather lose an hour than sell you something that will not solve the problem.
Yes — tenant setup, user and license management, security policies, migrations, and cleaning up environments that grew messy over the years.
Let's talk
